FREE YOGA CLASS

I am so very pleased to announce my class in Bushey will be restarting this coming October and the first class on the 7th October 2019 is FREE for all attendees including returning students!

This introductory class will allow you the opportunity to experience a yoga class with me. It is a great time to start practicing yoga as this will be a gentle class to ease you into your practice. I will then develop and build the class practice each week to strengthen your body and mind.

The class will start promptly at 8pm therefore be sure to arrive 10 minutes early to set up your yoga mat. Please refrain from eating one to two hours before the session and wear light, loose clothing and please bring a warm jumper or shawl for the relaxation. Remember to bring a yoga mat, if you forget your mat you can hire a mat for £1 however mats are limited and this is based on a first come, first serve basis. Alternatively you can buy a yoga mat from me for £17.

Spaces are LIMITED therefore be sure to register your details below. If you are unable to attend the session then please let me know as soon as possible and at the least one week before the class so I can offer your space to someone else. Please note that if you are a returning student the free class offer is for one session only on the 7th October 2019.

After a busy year of being a new mum and moving house I am really looking forward to get back into teaching a group class again so I look forward to seeing you in October.
